- Type #1 Personal Information – This is personal information you voluntarily provide to us. An example would be providing your name, email address, etc. via our contact form.
- Type #2 Non-Personal Information – when visiting our website our servers automatically collect information such as including, but not limited to, browser type, language settings, and IP address.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Information falling under the description “Type #1 Personal Information” which you volunteered to us, is used only to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share information you provided to us with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfil your request.
An example of when we might share personal information, is when your contact with us relates to a dispute with an online betting site. Unless you ask us not to, in such cases we may provide an associate of that betting site with information you volunteered to us. This might include but is not limited to your name and email address. This is done so the associate of that betting site can quickly find your account for researching the dispute. Unless required to by law: personal identifying information you volunteered to us will NOT be shared with a third party outside of our organisation for other purposes.
How We Use Non Personal Information
Non-personal information such as browser type, language settings, and IP address are used for analysing our web states, and for delivering custom content. For the latter this might involve using cache to load pages faster, rending content specific your location, or last visit. For web stats this is simply our way of using aggregate information to see how well our website preforms. This includes how long visitors stay on a page, how many pages they visit, and other items such as this.
Our company is very liberal about sharing “non-personal information” We currently use Google Analytics, which is a service that helps us record data such as location, length of time on website, number of pages visited, etc. By accessing and using our website, some of your non-personal information is automatically stored with this service by Google. We also may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and with gambling sites linked to from our website. For all that is discussed in this paragraph, while your visit helps generate the information, nothing in such information can be used to personally identify you or any other individual person. Hence the reason this information is more liberally shared.
