015 F1 Betting Tips
As for my own tips, I’m on Fernando Alonso this season, having gotten him early at 15/1. It is too soon for my preferences to place additional bets on the favorites. I must admit though both Lewis Hamilton -130 (UK: 10/13, Dec 1.77) and Nico Rosberg +325 (UK: 13/4 / Dec: 4.25) are tempting odds.
These two drivers are teammates that finished 1 and 2 last season. Their Mercedes F1 team won the World Constructors’ Championship in a landslide. This season they debut their F1 W06 Hybrid car which should be even better than what they used last season. Meanwhile, Red Bull F1 has a young team, and Ferrari F1 is likely in a rebuilding year. McLaren-Honda could possibly contend, but I have who should be their top driver at big odds already.
For those willing to lock up money, sort of in what is like a high risk savings account, I think taking Lewis Hamilton at -130 is an okay bet to make. There will be plenty of opportunities to find value betting Nico Rosberg other ways this season. The same of course applies for every other driver. Lewis Hamilton will be favored in most races and thus will be difficult to bet with value any other way.
